This is a "Pet Friendly" three-bedroom/two-bathroom bay house with a boat pier (The lift is not for guest use.) and a pool (The pool is not heated.) located in Lillian, Alabama and is conveniently located 19 miles from the Pensacola Airport. The property features a Tesla Car Charger (If not tesla, bring an adapter.) lots of TVs, a nicely furnished balcony and patio, and a private pool, ensuring ample space for relaxation. Guests can enjoy endless views of the Perdido Bay and relax in the outdoor swimming pool, plus free Wi-Fi throughout the property. There is something here for all to do. Swimming in the pool, boating, fishing from the pier, and cooking your catch in the state-of-art kitchen. Enjoy the sunset across the bay! Large dining area makes this great for special holiday meals. This is a boat lover's dream come true; you can enjoy all water sports here.

This three-bedroom house sleeps 9. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. There is no elevator. The beds are made with fresh linen. Bath and Kitchen linens are provided. Bring beach towels. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances and full a full-size washer and dryer. The washer and dryer are located on the first floor along with a convenient powder room/half bath. A "Starter" set of toiletries and detergents are included to get you through the first night. Bring all of your disposable products including coffee filters, garbage bags and toilet tissue and so on.

All bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle (sleeps 4) adjoins the balcony and has a view of the bay. It privately adjoins a double vanity bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The second guest bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle and a second twin daybed but has no trundle (sleeps 3) Both guest bedrooms are near the upstairs bathroom.

Guest will not have access to the boat lift and the garage. Owner does not supply any water sport toys. All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate.
