A CONDO WITH A PRIVATE PIER!!! This is a lovely and spacious 4th floor 3 bedroom/3 bath condo located directly on the beach with a direct view of the beach from the living room, master bedroom and balcony.
You will feel right at home with the granite counters, new furnishings, fresh paint, jetted master tub and walk-in shower, windows, and a full size washer and dryer.
The property amenities include a private pier that rivals any state pier in our area, beach side pool, indoor pool, fitness center, sauna and lounge room, short boardwalk to the beach with a shower and full time security staff. The elevators and lobby are freshly painted and very clean!
The living room, master bedroom and king guest room have large sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Each bedroom adjoins a full bath. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a dishwasher. It is stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware, coffee pot, toaster oven, hand mixer, can opener and more! Bring the food paper and plastic goods or just dine out! There are plenty of options close by! Bring your beach towels and chairs or see the beach attendant for lounger rentals. There is a modest supply of bath and kitchen linens are in the condo, you may bring more. The utility room adjoins the kitchen and has a full size washer and a full size washer, plus an iron, ironing board. You may need extra detergent.
Book this condo and have a great time, inside and out of the condo. Orange Beach has lots to offer to keep everyone happy and busy. The beach is beautiful and has wonderful sugar white sand. The pier is a great place to fish or just enjoy the scenery, it also serves as a shade to take a break from the sun. So, no need to pack a tent, but bring your fishing gear.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Cancellation requests must be placed in writing by email. Guests will make final payment with an emailed invoice. Late payments will be processed to card on file when 48 hours past due. Any reservations over 7 days past due will be cancelled with no refund.
If beaches are closed, or travel is banned due to Covid 19 pandemic 100% refund will be issued, minus a $100 cancellation administration fee. No refunds will be issued for hurricanes or tropical storms. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
A down payment is required to secure the rental and must be paid with credit card, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check in date. If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full balance is due at time booking. We will send an email with a payment link 10 days before final payment is due. Final payments can be paid with check or credit card. No partial payments are accepted. Once a payment is 48 hours past due, the payment will be processed to the credit card on file. Reservations over 7 days past due will be cancelled with no refund.
