Please zoom into the map locator marker to see that the home is closer to the water than most other homes on the Fort Morgan peninsula which is outside the Gulf Shores city limits. TENTS/CANOPIES ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED on the beach. Umbrellas and beach chairs are allowed and may be brought. Guests are responsible for removing their gear from the beach every evening. Sometimes there are usable items left behind, but if not there is a Dollar General 6 miles away.
The master bedroom adjoins a full bath with a shower and a separate soaking tub plus double vanities. Master bedroom adjoins the deck and is furnished with a King bed, TV, and a large chair that converts to a single bed. Master sleeps 3. The two guest rooms are located across the hall from the vanity/bath area that adjoins two separate bathrooms, each has a tub/shower and toilet. (See picture of floor plan.) The Beach Side Guest Bedroom adjoins the deck and is furnished with a Queen bed, sleeps 2. The Second Guest Bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and a full bed, sleeps up to 4, plus there is an extra mattress in the closet for using in any room needed. Living Room is furnished with a swivel/reclining chair and sectional sofa with a pull-out sofa sleeper, sleeps 2. Dining Area: Table seats 6-8 with 2 bar stools. Living Room: Offers sweeping beach views, a large TV, a sectional sofa with a bed and a recliner, plus a large smart HD TV! Each bedroom has a TV and the home is equipped with satellite dish.
Drive under the home and park and enjoy the outdoor living space with a swing and a shower! The owner has provided a baby high chair and crib. The large beach-side decks are furnished and offer spectacular views! The kitchen deck has a gas grill.
The kitchen is furnished with full size appliances, including a dishwasher and washer dryer, plus everything you need for meals except food and disposable items. The small appliances include a coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer and a can opener. The cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. A "one day" supply of hand washing & automatic dish washing detergent, cloths detergent, one garbage bag & one roll of paper towels are supplied. Please bring food, paper good, detergents, and more trash bags. The beds are made with fresh white linen and a sofa sleeper linen set is provided. Both bathrooms are supplied with one roll of toilet tissue, a personal bar of soap and shampoo/conditioner. Please bring beach towels and toiletries.
AMENITIES INFO: The owner of this beach house is a member of The Clubhouse located at The Beach Club which is approximately a 7 minute walk down the beach towards the West. Without paying an additional fee you may patron the fine dining restaurant, "The Coast" with a spectacular Gulf view from The Clubhouse second floor (Seasonally) or "The Hide Away" bar and grill on the North side of the resort and you may patron the salon and spa located on the first floor of "The Clubhouse". Seasonally, there is a tram for free rides around the resort. You may drive if preferred. Also, seasonally, beach rentals are available through The Clubhouse, which includes parasailing, kayaks, water rides and more, but fees apply for each item. If you would like to access the private pool, hot tub, indoor pool, game room, tiki bar and grill, and tennis courts, a daily fee of approximately $45 per day, which covers everyone in your party, per day, for the days you choose.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Cancellation requests must be placed in writing by email. Guests will make final payment with an emailed invoice. Late payments will be processed to card on file when 48 hours past due. Any reservations over 7 days past due will be cancelled with no refund.
If beaches are closed, or travel is banned due to Covid 19 pandemic 100% refund will be issued, minus a $100 cancellation administration fee. No refunds will be issued for hurricanes or tropical storms. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
A down payment is required to secure the rental and must be paid with credit card, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check in date. If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full balance is due at time booking. We will send an email with a payment link 10 days before final payment is due. Final payments can be paid with check or credit card. No partial payments are accepted. Once a payment is 48 hours past due, the payment will be processed to the credit card on file. Reservations over 7 days past due will be cancelled with no refund.
